Jessica "Ruby" Hernandez is an E-RYT 200, RYT 500 Hatha Yoga Teacher since 2004, Yoga Meets Dance instructor since 2007, and Yoga Trapeze Instructor since 2022. Ruby is a big believer in mindfulness and self-inquiry, and the practices of love & kindness, and brings these practices into her yoga classes. For Ruby, yoga, meditation and pranayama are essentially deep self-care; thus, she loves guiding her students back home to themselves through the power of presence, self-awareness, and self-acceptance. Her slow-flow classes encourage students to connect with their breath, listen to their body, and stretch into the big T Truth of their soul.
