Esme is a passionate Yoga Teacher, Ecstatic Dance DJ, and Life Coach. With over 450 hours of training in Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, Esme's teaching style is fluid, feminine, and strengthening. She has taught yoga at retreat centers around the world, onboard luxury superyachts, and currently teaches in Newquay, Cornwall.
Esme's morning yoga classes are grounding, fluid and energising. While her evening classes feature meditations, breath-work and restorative poses, all paired with crafted playlists that transport you to another world.
She completed her first yoga certification in 2013 with Awakened Life School of Yoga and has since trained with Meghan Currie and Peaceful Warriors Yoga in 2019.
