Céline, your yoga & meditation instructor, is a 200h Yoga Alliance certified Hatha and Ashtanga yoga teacher who also loves leading Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative yoga classes ! She came to yoga 8 years ago in her search for a holistic healing approach of the body and the mind and trained in complementary areas such as healing bowls and meditation, and went to deepen her practices and kryas with two 10-day silence Vipassana retreats. Since then, she has been sharing the gift of yoga over 3 continents and 10 countries so far, and hopes to inspire & lead many more souls, from individuals to communities, to prioritize self-care, mindfulness and personal growth in their lives.
