Issy started her yoga journey after years of suffering from scoliosis, causing lots of back pain and mental issues. She wants to encourage people to live a healthy lifestyle through yoga, mobility and movement.


She has over 3000 hours of yoga teaching experience and loves to combine it with modern fitness, breathing sessions and meditation improving people's mental health and learn how to relax. She believes that yoga is a practice for everyone to reconnect their body and mind.

Lisa has dedicated her personal and professional life to the human body, mind and Spirit connection which enhances all aspects of her offerings.
