Elena is a certified Hatha Yoga Teacher and Yogi Breathing Techniques Teacher with a rich background in movement and wellness disciplines. Her education began at the Children’s Choreographic Studio in Odessa, Ukraine, followed by studies at the University “Mechnikova G.” in Odessa. She also completed specialized training at The Central School of Higher Sports Mastery for aerobics instructors and attended various conventions and seminars on Aqua Aerobics and Fitness in Kiev. From 2020 to 2021, Elena completed a 500-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga108 in Moscow, Russia — a program aligned with the standards of the International Yoga Federation and the American Yoga Alliance. In 2022, she further expanded her expertise by completing a 300-hour Pranayama Teacher Training at the same center. Elena’s professional experience includes working as a Pilates (mat) instructor from 1998 to 2020, serving as an AquaGym instructor since 2000, and teaching Hatha Yoga and Yogi Breathing Techniques since 2021 and 2022, respectively.
