Mary is a 200 hour certified yoga teacher. She teaches classes in various locations in Rome, Italy as well as plans retreats, teaches private lessons and organizes hiking and yoga experiences. She's passionate about yoga and tries to embody the philosophies that are behind the practice. She teaches the vinyasa style which is connecting breath and movement.
