Bri was introduced to yoga sculpt in 2015 while she was a student at San Diego State. She took her first Yoga Box class in February 2020 and fell in love with the space. During Covid lockdown, she got her 200 YTT as well as her sculpt certification. Shortly after, she auditioned for Yoga Box and has been a sculpt instructor at the San Diego studios since February 2021. Her intention for teaching is helping students realize a new level of confidence and strength through beat-driven music and words of encouragement. She believes that everyone in the yoga community is both a student and a teacher, and has the ability to simultaneously grow and inspire among their peers.
