Born in 1993, Barbara Lipovšćak grew up immersed in yoga, sports, and nature, blending her artistic spirit with a passion for teaching. Holding a master’s degree in logistics and managment, she combines organizational expertise with her calling as a yoga teacher.
Barbara’s yoga journey began in childhood, meditating with her parents and learning from renowned yoga teachers. Since 2013, she has cultivated her personal practice, completing her Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in 2021 with a thesis on "The Impact of Hatha Yoga on Mental Health." She continues to expand her knowledge through seminars and courses both in Croatia and abroad.
Barbara’s teaching is shaped by diverse styles, including Prayer and Shiva Yoga, Hatha, Yin, Ashtanga, Dharma, and Acro Yoga, with a deep love for classical Hatha Yoga. She teaches in yoga studios in Rijeka and organizes the first Yoga and Pottery retreats in Croatia.
